Thing is, some people shouldn't take risks. They do not do the math and run off of adrenalin and run fast and loose. It has been shown time and time again that extreme risk while once in awhile makes you lucky, can more times then not make you a pauper.

I agree Chad, I hate to see more laws but friend, you tell me, when are we going to start making people accountable for thier mistakes in this country? Why should you and I suffer for big risk takers stupidity? Yes, I think we should inhibit people that make foolish risks. I think people need to straighten up a lil bit in this country and start using thier head and work deals with lower risk.

Far as I'm concerned, The guy that signed the dotted line and then turns it over to the bank while living in the house for free another 8 months is no better than the brown slurry you see go down septic tank tubes. He is a common criminal.
