Somehow this whole situation sounds like having all your neighbors owing money to a loan shark and your offer to help is just handed over to the loan shark. If the lending practices of these loan sharks contributed to the wreck that is occurring, then its only appropriate that those loan sharks who benefited the most should be bounced out of the business, maybe S.C. can give them a lead on a car wash job.
