| I've read it will be 2010 or 2011. It will stretch the water. So if you do irrigate, you should have better yields on less water or higher yields on the same water as conventionals.
I've heard of some fantantastic claims but lately a 15 to 25 bushel increase is mostly what I hear.
I still haven't nailed down how this gene works. Whether the plant transpires less water thus conserving water available or it becomes more like grain sorghum and can wait for moisture then proceed to grow. | |
