am i right in saying that 10 and 15 yr bonds traded down 3/4 percent for a whole day after the cut, but traded back up to where they were trading.. reason for rate cut to help homeowners, homeowners put there fixed note on a 15 yr payoff.. SHOCK!! what will another half do anyway..
