The locals and big money farmers are sitting on their hands at the land sales. Lots of investors buying right now. Don't understand why as there are a lot who could pay cash on these farms. I'm guessing they are planning on a market cycle. Don't get caught up in the euphoria that sunk a lot of guys in the 80's, but don't let once in a lifetime opportunities pass you by.
