| 150 acres. 143 tillable they want 5500. About 5 miles away from the home base. Problem is brother and I just bought our first 80 bout 2 months ago. Everyone tells me that they were 25 again they would buy all the land they could. Being able to lock in an interest rate below 5% for 30 years and it seems no end in sight for land prices it seems like its h ard to pass this one up. The only thing is the uncertainity out 5 years in the grain markets, and just closing on an 80 that went for about the same price. But if marketed properly should be able to put a good dent into the mortgage payment the next 3 years. (as it looks right now). Thoughts? | |
