Also just because spot corn is 5$ doesn't mean the E-plants are paying 5$ for all the corn being deleivered. Lots of 3.50 to 4$ corn being delivered.
Like elevators, E-plants are hedged.
Will some go broke and merge with larger ones , yes. Management is key. | |
