SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ
More beans no doubt in MN, SD and ND.
If corn loses 6 million acres to beans, and yields are 155, carryout drops.
Like one poster says we could see 7$ corn and 9$ beans, not out of the question.
All the seed people I talk to MN, SD, ND, are selling more beans this year compared to last including myself. ND and northern MN are more up in the air yet as far a spring wheat vs soys. Will depend on spring weather and prices at that time. If spring is early and prices stay ,wheat will have the nod. N prices and availability will have some effect on that though. Alot of the extra corn acres from last year up there will go beans as wheat after corn does not work as well.
Unless the eastern corn belt plants more corn than I think the 6 million more acres should be minimum in my book. I am hearing more double crop and more beans in the south also.
