Thanks for your responses, I checked that website sounds like I am on the right track. First thing I did was call my insurance agent to make sure I would be covered. He said my farm policy would cover any stupid actions on their part. However comparing my acrage to others in my area also helped in justifying my price. Thanks for you help and responses.
