I cannot believe anyone pays an auctioneer 6% then bends over for a 3% "buyers premium".
I knew an old boy that sold out many years ago and he advertised it himself, talked to some neighbors too, and called the sale himself. He spoke slowly and clearly so everyone would know what he said. I thought that buyers were more enthusiastic at that sale than any I have seen yet. | |
