Scranton | No offense Don, but I agree. I was thinking Farmers National was selling farms for around 2-3% right now. Thats the most I'd pay. Thats 25K on what you sold. Thats a plenty IMHO. I've never bought land on a buyers premium(never seen it actually), but I've been to auctions(usually hardware stores and such selling out) where they had a buyers' premium, and I made a point not to buy much if anything.
It cost you nearly 10% in expenses. Thats too much. | |
