I use manure so why would I let the landlord share in that ??Most of the landlords are older folk and sometimes don't understand why you need 200$ a bag corn or populations of 34000 when they only used 25000. Or fertilizer bill of 150$ an acre when they used 80 lbs of N sidedresed and 100 lbs of 18-46 -60.
I like cash rent as it gives me freedom to do as I please. Also don't have to wait in line at the elevator hauling there share in.
