The 4.78 (or as i understand it as $4.75) is aph insurance guarantee.
My feeling have been that the month of FEB will be the futures soft month based upon the same thoughts as Illinoisfan.
Hopefully we are thinking too much,but as long as the government is involved.I personally wouldnt rule out a soft market in February.
