We are in an excellent canola growing area though I have never grown the crop. I too am interested in producing our own B100 using canola seed and flax (which I currently grow). Have you invested in a press yet? What make and model? Who are you dealing with? Any other information or websites that you have found useful would be appreciated. Thanks
