Here's the deal:

1. If only a few cash merchants are stuck, once they are gone....it is done. The next bid could be substantially lower.

2. If there is a broad demand, small quanitities, from a general set of buyers & users....it is okay.

3. I have taken a lot of chgo deliveries over the years, I am not familiar with the MPLS set up at all since the new changes. I never have taken delivery of anything from that exchange. Need to know the elevation cost OUT, & most important, is the wheat that is registered as deliverable, of sufficient grade. Need to know if the economics justify someone to stand for delivery. If that would be the case, more fireworks are ahead. If someone is short export wheat (cash sale) out of the lakes for opening of navigation...cud be very interesting. Too many unknowns here. Homework is required.
