| I have some questions. Why did you pick those years? I see from 1980 to '85 that the $ value doubled and in 1 more year, crude's value was halved. In the 28 years, the $ value has gone full circle and is lower today. In your last few posts, you have commented that you are not enamored with corn. Is it the idea that corn is more of a fuel directed commodity campare to wheat and beans being more of a food based commodity? Or are there other factors concerning your interests/ concerns of the 3 commodities?
I thourghly appreciate your openness of your comments and of hearing of your far ranging contacts. I have a hunch that there are a number of us that would work on a fund drive for you so as to keep you on the computer vs. the car wash. With temperatures heading for -11F and windchill of -25F for Wed. in Iowa, it will be alot better for you and us for you to stay at your computer vs. a car wash. | |
