They are the way to go, if you intend to keep the vehicle long enough to take advantage of the AGM's longer life.
Optima's were the first on the market, I would suppose that they are among the best, but I don't have enough experience w/them, or others, to have a good opinion.
I put 2 spiral cell Champion's(from Sam's Club)in our 1066 TMR mixer tractor last fall, so far, so good.
Are spiral cells the way to go for truck batteries?
