If you are looking for a place to store money.  I think it has already gone up a lot.  Maybe to late to get in??

Maybe look at silver.  Dollar silver coins are something like 17.25 or so to buy the last time I looked.  Now that is a small enough value that could be spent if needed.  It would be hard to spend an 1 oz. of gold to buy a tank of gas or groceries. 

Just depends on why you are buying.
