Double vac. H/S doesn't cost squat, if your having trouble this bad, I'd get them up and treat them all. If you have one down IV him. And that's a long shot, but I never wanted to let one die if I didn't try all I could. As far as gain, if they get better I doubt you will see much off, unless they get a respitory bug and become a lounger.
