I agree with all said.

That said though there are a few people (Senior Citizen maybe fit the bill?) that just have the propensity to like to help others and maybe are at a point in their career they don't really need all the information they posses so they pass it along. We all kind of do that on these forums and what makes it valuable, our built in goodness that gives us the desire to help others instead of only thinking selfishly of ourselves.  One think I like about his posts is he gives his opinion, his reasoning behind his opinion and lets it go at that for the poster to decide if there is merit in what he said. He doesn't try to cram his ideas on others, just puts them out there for observation. People like that get my respect. Don't have to agree with them always or maybe even never but I still have respect for their opinion. It shows maturity, self confidence and a better side of human nature.
