I have been on County FSA Committee and I know that FSA has to have 1st lein so only unless ADM is willing to be unsecured could they work together.
Talk to local FSA and see what you need to do because there are time limits etc. So in order to get the best early order discounts you may need to put your own money upfront then be paid back. Just talk to them.
