Dang you must had it Rough!

Dad alway cut at weaning, 500 to 600 lbs cause he runs purebred Angus and sells bulls.  Lets them age and see's what looks good to save and sell as bulls.

Anyway, I always got the job of sliding in the chute beside them, bending the tail straight up and forward toward their head, when I had them setup, he would come in and cut them off.  If he got kicked, he kicked ME! lol I didn't get kicked very often.  You really got crank on that tail!

He doesn't cut anymore? go figure! lol 

Kinda hard to find some good ones for a RMO feed these days.
