Kansas | Have you considered an emasculator? I have used one for years and like a band occassionally you miss one. I worked for a buddy this past spring and they cut everything and to be honest, I would think that is the best way to go. No mistakes, no chances, and the dogs get fed good during the day.
Can I ask why you wait till they are 500 lbs instead of when younger or is that when you recieve them? I hate trying to castrate the bigger calves. Kickin lil hounds. They connect more than they don't. | |
