As far as rates and costs : Turnips 3# @ $2.25/#
Hairy Vetch 8# @ $1.75/#
Rye 1Bu. @ $7.00
Our peas come off around July 18th.We do some light tillage (DMI Tigermate) to loosen the soil
then plant with CIH 5100 drill. We just mix the seeds in planter box as we fill it. Will be using
a JD 750 drill this year so shouldn't have to do any tillage.
