All feller bunchers are designed to detach a tree from it's toors then lay it down. A fowarder is designed to pick up several logs & move them any distance. With a feller buncher one can only move 1 tree at a time. One could also get a cat with a grapple.
They should really be caller afaller but a faller is a human being so that name was taken.
