Honestly, what the old man needs for a parking brake is a ripper attachment with a hydralic ram that pushes it down to where it picks the back end up in the air when he shuts off the truck.
that "MIGHT".......do the trick.
I've yet to tell the story about the quonsett, embankement, and a water trailer.
