Site Mate should run just fine as the Treo 700w uses the same Windows Mobile 5 Operating System as Pocket PCs such as the iPAQ. I can't say that we've actually tested Site Mate on one of these, but we have had other users ask about it and I've never heard any negative feedback that it didn't work.
