| I don't see why everyone is getting worked up about this. All Wide Swathing is, is just using the mower to spread out the crop, instead of the TEDDER, which is basically saving you a pass. If you've never had to Ted your hay, and you get good results, then obviously this won't work for you either.
In Holland and other humid regions, they have to ted, to have a chance of getting reasonably dry forage before the next rain. This is just an equipment manufacturer issue. Farmers are asking manufacturers if they can modify their equipment to save a pass
