I believe the corn head would work but it will shatter a lot of the seeds out onto the ground. If the flowers are pretty good I would look at adding the sunflower pans to your wheat platform and removing the reel. Not too expensive and with the price of flowers being so high they would probably pay for themselves over your 230 acres.
