With the fert price increse looking like it will go even higher is it a good idea to fall apply. Most of the fields I would spread has a CEC of 4.5-4.7. I heard somewhere that you should only do it if you have a CEC of 6 or above. Seems like a guy could afford to lose a little if the price goes nuts.
