By feeding antibiotics for this situation, you are treating the symptoms and not the problem. Your performance is being significantly dragged down. What you are doing is like giving an inhaler to a chain smoker, so he doesn't hack and cough so bad while he continues to smoke. Get something setup to settle the dust with water or get them out on a grass trap.
