Recent conversation with my uncle on the topic..... 30 year land price cycle was discussed.
IF that holds true (again), the late 70's here saw land prices rise rapidly before setting back in the early 80's. In some places values were less than 1/2 of the top $$ sales. Also, the early 80's featured high interest rates and a few other financial problems.
