| I have to do a presentation for my Field Crops class. As you can tell it is over rice, I have most of the information but my professor suggested the topic of Rice followed by Crayfish, Crawdads or any of their other names. Anyone have any knowledge doing this? If so a post or an email would be appreciated. This is not a required part of the project, but being from Indiana and going to a school in Kentucky, most of us have never seen rice in a field. The only rice I have ever seen is in a bag or box.
