perfect, works with OffbyOne browser.  I can click on OB1 and I now have that set as the start page so OB1 opens full screen with that page.  Internet Explorer and Firefox both open the page but it isn't full screen on them.  OffbyOne is a tiny browser that opens pretty much instantly and doesn't support Java or much of anything else so it's very fast.
