just a tish NE of central ND | I second the plastic bags on the fence. Doesnt even need to be complete bags, just something that makes the wire visible.
Oh yea, I really like my nicopress sleeving tool and splices(except they cost a little)It seems to be a really better tool / splice than the other sleeve splices that cut you wire accidentally by squishing the wire wrong.(and dont crimp as strongly either)Ive never had a nicorpess sleeve come apart.I have used them on rusty wire that you cant bend with out it breaking and it work great for that since you never have to bend the wire to splice it..
