Your post of a week or so ago had some harvest left to do- and some mildly disparaging comments on the GLEANER.

Finished before the downpour?

I see Bobby G posting that he needed side boards for his rain gauge!

Oh,, if we could get those in July.

The western Canadian Prairies were dry this summer, touched Montana, EdB slightly, Ernie and MT over in the western part of the state moreso.

Conditions have improved over past 6 wks, but drought is our way of life. Winter snowpack is the big news story, as it is in all the irrigated west NA- Southern Alberta has a big irrigated and livestock economy- when the rivers don't flow it sure causes a lot of economic stress inspite of the energy economy that is assumed to drive Alberta.
