I baled a whole 5 acre field and a whole 12.5 acre field. Then the outside approx. 80 feet of an 80 acre field, and some areas that had a lot of foxtail in it. Somewhere around 32 acres, this was 30bu per acre yeilds. I took the straw choper of my 6600 with 16 foot head, raked 5 windrows into one.

Yes, it looks like pi** pore hay, just a bunch of sticks. The areas where there were was a lot of foxtail looks not to bad. I think it will be ok for bedding, but poor hay. Baled up about like corn stalks in the baler.
