Me too, eddie.
These guys are throwing around figures which produce NET returns per acre which are about what our gross returns are per acre.....and they're bitching about it.
Personally, I'm spending my time trying to figure out the best way to lock in the profits which are currently there to be had, before they are gone.....not sitting around bitching about them.
