Plant Vetch you can't go wrong with it. Puts in lots of nitrogen, we used to put this in on our worst ground about 25 years ago and it did excellent.


Is that Hairy Vetch ? have a creek that runs along a farm and when it was cleaned oh 20 years ago they seeded the banks with Hairy Vetch wouldn't mind getting some seed to fill in the spots cause the vetch seems to choke out all other weeds and seems to take the roundup drift ?

how far would a pound of vetch go for this type of situation ? just hand spread ontop of banks ? early spring ?
