Shelby, MT | Hutterites fall in that category here to some extent but standing back and looking at the big picture for now, we hope the hutterites don't disappear because they might be the only people who will want to buy it when we are the only guys left..when the baby boomers retire it is going to get pretty lonely around here..
I had one cash lease and we paid in March....got rid of it because the cash lease only paid 1 out of 5 yrs...so we didn't figure we should be just farming for the extra work...now just crop share... | |
