Had a similiar situation a couple years ago except it was corn in a bin. I had LDPed most of the bin & left a little to "play" with. Forgot about it until in Juky when I emptied the bin. Was told the same as you by 2 FSA offices. Luckily it wasn't many bushells & the ldp wasn't that high.
