Murfreesboro, Tennessee
I know the feeling. Finished last night with the beans and just glad this year is over. I may just break even this year and I am tickled to death.

Corn did better than I thought it would with an avg. of a little better than 120 bushels across all farms. I honestly do not know how it yielded that well.

Beans were a big disappointment with a range of 12 to 33 bushels per acre (most cut around 20 bushels). I have got to go buy out some contracts that will not get filled tomorrow.

Cotton actually surprised us. The much maligned DP117 looked like #$?, but actually yielded somewhere around 500-600 lbs. The stoneville 4454 looked much better, but did not pick out any better.

Wanted to plant some wheat but I do not know if we will or not.

I really need it to rain so we can start ripping some ground, but so far we have not got but 2 tenths.

Good luck on your wheat crop.
