SE South Dakota | With good air on it and cold temps,< 30*F 18% and below should stay good thru the winter/northern climates. 19% and above and you are kinda pushing it, in my opinion. But be advised that come next spring you are going to want that corn out of the bin and used up or sold cause it will not last the spring-summer time frame.
Just get it cold and watch it a bit.
I would blow the air up thru the grain mass.
