Gettysburg, PA | Dairy donw here installed rubber mats several years ago into an existing freestall barn and most eventually ended up in the cross gutter or manure pit. Even with a rubber scraper, the matts eventually lifted and came out (I think they were attached with screws (tapcons?) into the concrete) but over time they simply tore out. Cows liked them a lot. Laid on the damn things!! | |
