Got a friend here in Ky been doing it for year's, very successfully, I might add. Buy's em in the spring,graze's all summer, turn's em in thankgiving day and sell the first week or two of January. I have done it myself.cattle sure get slick. this has been going on since early 70's. Guy's name is Bill Holtzclaw, been a lot of article's on him , Mainly Progressive Farmer I think.
