When I got to the part about going to apologize and he was working on the rental house and yelled at you again I thought you were going to say you left and never looked back, lol! Must've been tough to swallow your pride and take the blame. Surprised your mom let you get blamed for her mistake. That would've been a deal breaker for me when I found out. One of my biggest pet peeves is people who won't take responsiblity for their own mistakes, especially if they stand there and let someone be blamed for it... let alone their own child. I would venture to say that you learned a lot about how to treat your own son from these experiences.
