In response to 'starvation' There's lots of other farm enterprises that sink millions of dollars into something only to be told how you can and can't do something. Crop farming is the perfect example, and that happened long before the animal industry changed. In order to get the government payments, we've got to farm the way that the government wants the land treated. Like it or not, no matter what you do in agriculture you're going to have to listen to somebody that doesn't know what they're talking about most of the time, because that's who buys our product.
And not all of us have million dollar hog buildings. | |
