OK, so what's the diff between a regular Dorset and a "production type Dorset"?  We've been running a cross of Dorset, Poly's and Finnsheep and a few older Hamp crosses.  For shearing, we've been getting the Haggins crew out of Mandan the last 3 times.  Keith acted like he was going to quit when Kent quit, so switched.

I'd like to get a little bigger, too.  At least get over 200 but the wife calls the shots on the sheep, even if we split the work and she's not budging.   Last year we had 200% live lamb at weaning, not counting the ewe lambs

 And I preach SEL around here.  Save Every Lamb. Have to be content at 160 ewes and ewe lambs.  Keep us posted when you get a chance and keep up the good work.  Love your wood barns.
