I talked to my local vet about this before I left for my vacation & he called & talked to Dave Stender to see if he could certify me & Dave said no he couldn't. Dave said what you said that I had to go to a two hour class & have a site assessment. But if I went to Des Moines that was all I needed to get with out the site assessment. I better clarify this with Farmland on Monday.
