Minnesota has one February 8, but it's at Morris - http://www.mnpork.com/producers/ed/pqa.php - 1-800-537-7675 - you might be able to talk to your vet - we did some PQA stuff with our vet and he turned in the PQA+ for us (Veterinary Medical Center out of Worthington, MN - they occasionally run a class too)
